Pipe are cleaned thoroughly from inside to remove oil , dirt or any foreign particles

Conductors are received in coil form. They are straighten in straightening machine and cut to require length. Straightening of conductor eases insertion of MgO blocks.

The whole structure, ie.e. conducot with insulator blocks is inserted iin preheated pipes and kept at high temperature till further operation to prevent moisture ingression

Pipe along with conductor and blocks is drawn to reduce the diameter. By reducing diameter, MgO blocks are crushed to powder.

Pipes can be cold drawn to a certain limit. For further processing, annealing is required to achieve meachanical properties. This annealing is done under protective gas to reduce oxidation of pipes. Cold drawing and annealing are done repeatedly till final size is achieved.

This is the final process before packing/dispatch. Mi cable is polished to achieve bright surface finish. Also, length is measured and testing is done to confirm require dspcecificaiotn.
